Quinta de Valmarinha is an 18th century farmhouse with some architectural features suggesting parts may date back to the 16th century. It is a magnificent property located on the outskirts of the village of Almocageme, within the Unesco World Heritage site of Sintra. The project involves the preservation of the original configuration, made up of five houses, with a further three garden rooms built on the property.
The property is seriously dilapidated and requires full refurbishment. VerdeOeste are responsible for managing the full restoration process of the farmhouse since a very early stage: by identifying logistical, legal and budget requirements, in close cooperation with local authorities.
Our aim is to offer our client all the support required to (re)create a beautiful farmhouse and garden to be enjoyed by local and foreign guests, so that the future restored property becomes available for holiday rentals, weddings, corporate weekends and other events.
