Sassoeiros Residence, Carcavelos
This project involves the construction of a modern two-floor private residence and a backyard swimming pool, over a high slope of land, for a Portuguese client.
To efficiently project it, VerdeOeste has been collaborating with the architect’s team to ensure the best use of the areas. Overall the architectural design was successful, the solution lying on an efficient organisation of the land and subsequent works. The residence must be built from the bottom level to the top level, starting from the swimming pool area and the house structure, to make way for the worksite set-up and follow-on works.
The excavations started in August, followed by the infrastructure works in September. It is expected that the topping out ceremony occurs in December.
