We provide relevant information to aid informed decisions, following projects on and off site, optimising cost, quality and programme performance to meet Employers’ Requirements.
VerdeOeste were formed in response to demand from clients looking for clear, unbiased help and someone they could trust to represent their best interests and guide them through capital projects. I’m delighted to offer my UK experience of working for a range of discerning and international clients, along with the local expertise of my co-founder, Luis Prudêncio, to help support clients, many new to Portugal, and to developed friendships in this beautiful country.”

Search for investment opportunities and identification of logistical, legal and budget requirements.

Plan & License
Identification of necessary project resources, quantification, budgeting and management of legal documentation.

> Manage transparent pre-qualification, tender & selection of designers and professionals
> Gather, appoint and monitor the assembled project team performance against agreed roles and responsibilities
> Quantity surveying and cost reporting
> Consultation with local authorities and monitor legal compliance
Tender & Build
Management of tender process and coordination of contracts and representation during works.
> Initiate detailed design appraisals and design coordination reviews against established Employer’s Requirements
> Manage pre-qualification, tender & selection for all works
> Oversee all necessary submissions to local authorities & others
> Oversee and report on design or scope amendments
> Monitor & report on all aspects of quality, time and cost
> Financial monitoring and assessment for all contracts
Deliver & Maintain
Oversee inspections, final snagging, handover and preparation of technical information.
