The sensitive remodelling of this 800 sqm villa focused on the retaining key interior features with inclusion of modern technical services, new pool and landscaping. The project sees the 1950s property brought back to life for occupation by our Lithuanian client and his family.
VerdeOeste integrated with members of the established project team to provide supporting technical appraisals, project management and fiscalisation/quantity surveying services from pre-commencement to construction, complementing those assured by the architecture team.
On introduction, VerdeOeste’s team were asked to validate the commissioned licensing and execution projects, prompting a technical and energy-efficiency audit and review of the proposed details. Revised solutions and recommendations were presented where necessary and an improved project defined for open competitive tender.
VerdeOeste assisted the client in overseeing the tender and licensing procedures, as well as the monitoring and control of all contracts and construction works through to occupation and contract closure.
