The fourth Carcavelos project supported by VerdeOeste is a villa that is now being fully refurbished and extended on behalf of a Swedish family. The substantial remodelling of the property will feature a reconfigured and extended internal layout, new swimming pool, barbecue area and landscaped gardens. VerdeOeste have been supporting the clients since the pre-construction stage, including contractors’ appointments, and continue to represent their interests at meetings with Contractors, Architect and Engineers, as well as following various statutory licensing procedures.
VerdeOeste’s early engagement helped the construction start without delay and define the clients’ needs and expectations. Now on site, VerdeOeste are also supporting procurement options for additional works, programme monitoring, etc.
